About Us: Board of Directors Meetings

The Foundation Board of Directors meets four to six times a year. The Board is responsible for overseeing the activities of the Foundation, its grant projects, fund raising initiatives, and fiscal health. The Board is currently made up of nine members from across Tennessee and works closely with the Executive Director in moving forward the mission of the Foundation.
